The pleasure of playing golf in Costa Ballena overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.

Costa Ballena Golf Course provides a wonderful scenery and green open spaces to the resort.

27 holes. 18 championship holes relatively flat and ideal for all types of golfer. Some of the holes run alongside the Atlantic Ocean (Links) and the rest park land, with a few lakes and with strategic bunkers. In 2002, 9 more holes will be added to cover the original design. Par 72, lenght 6.036 meters for men and 5.155 meters for ladies.

9 holes. A real 9 par three course, ideal for practising short shots and the perfect complement for our golf academy. The nine holes run with different length, from 100 to 180 meters, where every golf club in your bag can be used. It features the same style and design (bunkers, water etc) that the 27-hole-course offers.

The Club House. The Costa Ballena Club House was inaugurated in 2001 and to celebrate it we had The International Quadrangular match. The teams that took part in that event were England , Germany , Sweden and Spain with the English team winning in the form of round robin.

The building is complete with all modern facilities and inspired by the   architecture of the area, basically in the huts that still can be found in   Doñana Estate where people used to build and cover their houses with   girders and castanet grass.
Another typical features are the white washed walls with hanging   bouganvillea in blossom and the small windows letting minimum light into   the house during summer months, according to Costa Ballena´s   environmental design.
At first glance Costa Ballena's Club House seems a very small and   modest   building without pretensions. While taking a step inside this   sensation disappears as an expanse of space opens up. With the warm   coloured walls, changing rooms, pro shop, lounge, restaurant,   conference   room, terrace and garden with views over the driving range   and then the sea. The Club House provides maximum comfort and   hospitality making relax and quality for the visitor.
With the ocean changing every day according to the sun and seasons of the year the wide terrace is perfect to indulge yourself and enjoy after playing a magnificent golf course.

The Training course. One of the biggest in Europe with a shot distance of 350m. individuals or groups training always have a sight of the Atlantic Ocean with night golf possible due to floodlights.
